The rooms and space itself were great, really really clean and the bed was super comfortable. The communal hang out area, pool area and upper balcony were really nice. However, reception/staff did not seem very interested in being helpful. I had to figure most things out on my own, the bathroom was not well stocked. There never was any soap in the shower dispenser the whole three nights I was there. I had to go find more toilet paper on my own since they would let it run out and the staff seemed irritated whenever I asked a question. It would have been nice to have a cup provided in the private rooms for drinking. Also don't plan on a hot shower. It's more like tepid water. The communal kitchen literally had one coffee cup and zero drinking glasses. But the pots/pans, plates, bowls were decently stocked. You also don't have a key or code to get in, so you rely on the staff to let you via a buzzer they attend, so sometimes you stand there for awhile ringing the bell to come in if they are not attending the call system to open the door. If it is after 9 pm when they leave, you could be standing there even longer since it has to ring over to a whole other hostel. And it's true what others say, the breakfast is absolutely dismal.

Everything was excellent, especially the cleanliness, bedding, friendliness, quietness and location.... However, the shower water was barely warm enough to wash away the days oil and grime... The temperature did not improve during my 10 day stay... In addition, although they have only been open for three months, they should have arranged a drinking water supply (a free one)... For the price, they should be offering a drinking water dispenser.... Also, they are not properly indexed on both Yandex and Google maps, giving the criminal taxi drivers (famous at Manus airport) a perfect excuse to 'get lost', then charge totally fake fares... The airport to Apricot should have been 760som, but 2000som was demanded from me... This BS happens to every foreigner that comes to Kyrgyzstan... Even if the visitor uses the Yandex app, the driver will 'get lost', and then create grossly inflated, criminal fares... The President of Kyrgyzstan REALLY needs to do something about all the criminal taxi drivers at the airport... They create a disgraceful 'welcome' to every visitor that comes to the country.
