It is a private suite in AKA hotel. Highly recommended for long stay as there is a fully equipped kitchen and washer dryer available in suite.

Dave and the team are amazing, the apartment itself is great. Super clean, spacious, gorgeous views, literally nothing could fault. The building is one of my favourite in Brickell, loads with amenities, super close and walkable to everything, team on site as lovely and super helpful.
