Main problem is that no receptionist at the time of our check in - it’s the cleaner who accepted us and checked in we used online so right away impression is no good - one person cleaning and receptionist - not enough staff so you need to go front desk to ask and nobody coz nobody is in charge ; front door is locked out so stayed long just to get in - room is ok and as is what is shown online great , but no cookware in the kitchen and was given a rusty pan that it’s health risk ; help to clean room is long in waiting ; I learned that front desk staff resigned but there must be a replacement I suggested that they can get help from agency ; phone online not working so I used hotels,com chat and I put there a request to call me so I got call and talked about my concern I booked 3 nights - I wouldn’t want to book again the experience is not good though price point is cheap to think that room is good except assistance is not good no help so for me it’s important : internet is strong ; food not easy to get in the area so we called grab food to deliver - price is reasonable with what I paid bec of condition of room and strong Wi-Fi

It's located in a residential area about 2km from SM clark . You can get a good nights sleep it's a quite area with comfortable beds . Hotel staff are kind and helpful whenever you need assistance. For the price point its a hidden gem . The hotel is not too crowded also there is a sari sari store down the street
