As soon as I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and polite, especially the hotel manager. He was very positive and courteous, and he gave me one of the best rooms with absolutely stunning views. Breakfast, cleanliness, pools—everything is a five-star experience.

This is a wonderful and brand new hotel. The receptionist staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. We arrived late at night and left early morning, and the staff was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Stayed one night before leaving Uzbekistan. The hotel is so new Yandex drivers do not know how to enter. Still no restaurant at the hotel. Swimming pool was fantastic.

The hotel charged nearly tripple the price that was advertised on Orbitz. They added on a whole bunch of fees extra charges when we were checking in. It was really dishonest. Furthermore, their swimming pool is a safety hazard, with the railing being loose and the floors constantly slipper. Orbitz was not able to get us a refund.

Behavior of staff is disrespectful starting from parking to reception. Bad English, bad Russian, no manners at all. They didn’t communicate even when I expected apologies. My worst experience in my life.

The hotel is brand new and the rooms are very good.
Unfortunately, the prices displayed on hotels.com are not applied by the property. they say that the prices of hotels.com does not apply VAT but hotels.com receipt shows a "Tax" line, equals to 12% of the non tax amount, which is the VAT amount. this is very disappointing and i had to pay the surplus because i had my flight to catch up and didn't have time to contest it.
