入住蜜月套房305房，3天2夜實質入住映入眼簾的是一個大管子輸送空調至2樓已經驚覺有點異常，原來漂亮的照片背後是這樣的…. (房間有這特殊裝置表示空調大機率是有狀況的）真實發生傍晚短暫休息，發生2樓空調無流通，被熱醒通知工作人員，工作人員說明需重新插入房卡重啟空調，連續兩晚再次發生凌晨5點樓上空調打不上來又是被熱醒…..必須下樓重新拔卡….. 來居住要為了冷氣連續2晚半夜都要被熱醒，加上需要重覆插卡燈光開關非常影響睡眠品質，我們要因為空調問題來來回回調整，非常影響我們入住心情與睡眠質量，我們是來入住幫你們測試冷氣的嗎……. 2樓空調出風運作只有再次重新插卡，才有運作，觀察下來停止運作並不是工作人員口中所說的恆溫，恆溫是偵測室內溫度進行調節會自行啟動運作，但並沒有，完全要依賴人力自行重新插卡讓2樓空調運作在Line反應給與答覆如下您好，非常抱歉，關於冷氣需重新插卡才會運作的問題，並非常態性發生問題，我們已提交給主管聯繫廠商盡速來查看，不好意思造成您的不便。住房價格也不便宜，換來了這種的住房品質，可能我們就是一次客不會在回住，希望飯店可以關注消費者的入住心情與睡眠質量，沒有人想花8000多成為你們測試空調的實驗品。

We are dedicated to providing comfort and ease, welcoming every traveler with a passion for discovery. ▍ Inspired by the Local Soul Born between the mountains and the sea of Kenting’s Hongchai fishing village,HOTEL HAYATA LAGOM is a living practice of "local friendliness meets the sea brought indoors." ▍ We carry forward the original HOTEL HAYATA philosophy—a deep respect for the natural textures of Hengchun. Every element of the landscape, from windbreak forests and sisal crafts to deep-sea blue holes, ocean light play, and beach ecology, has been woven into our spatial design. Atmosphere:The architecture features a palette of deep blue and gray, evoking the tranquility of a deep-sea dive. Vitality:Splashes of color in the furniture mimic the vibrant corals and marine life found beneath the surface.
