服務沒話説，房務人員和工程人員很熱心，前台回覆也很快 和家人住了六天，都是住豪華房，家人住房1616房間乾淨，住到第5天被套、床單和枕頭套都沒換，打電話到前台找工作人員來換。我換了3間房，第1和第2間房間都有問題，衛生問題我有點驚到了，第1房間1916床墊和馬桶都是髒的，換了第2房間1716這淋浴間衞生簡直嚇呆，地板的白膠又黃又黑，看到真不想住，剛好房務人員站旁邊告訴她們很快拿清潔用品把白膠清洗乾淨，入住後晚上洗澡，淋浴不到30秒水就浸到腳邊，洗完澡地板的水還沒流完，天天如是，住到第3晚打電話到前台，他們說給我換一間房，我實在不想換又要收拾行李，所以拒絕了他們換房，他們找了工程員工上來看了看，然後回去取工具箱和通馬桶的疏通器，我問職員這個疏通器是否每天到房間通馬桶用的嗎？因為住的這間房不止去水有問題連馬桶都每天塞，工程職員說是就是同一枝疏通器，還說沒關係通完淋浴間的去水位置洗一洗地板就乾淨，真的無語！通了1個小時說去水已經通暢，結果洗澡時去水還是慢，最生氣是馬桶每天塞，去小還可以去大要到大堂的洗手間，最後跟前台要求換另一個房間1516問題才解決對衞生有要求的我來説 就沒有繼續住下去了
