It's very close to the vaporetto stop, just around a minute walk. The hotel sends direction on how to get there a few days before the reserved arrival date. The a/c is working well, perfect for a very hot day outside. It was generally quiet.

The hotel was amazing very close to vaporetto terminal. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was good it's worth the price. A/C needs some improvement .

A great hotel in a perfect location. A few steps away from a ferry stop which was ideal so we didn’t have to walk around Venice with our luggage. Hotel was clean, rooms were super nice, and staff was wonderful. We had told them we were celebrating our honeymoon and they had champagne in the room for us when we checked in. Water fountain is right outside the hotel for you to fill up whenever you need. Overall just a great hotel at a really affordable price.

Great location, extremely clean, nice view of the canals from our room, the AC worked well. They offered us complementary champagne upon arrival to celebrate our honeymoon. Whether I needed a steamer, extra cotton pads, or help selecting a bottle of wine, the front desk staff were attentive. A ton of mosquitos - be prepared and bring your own repellent!

Small hotel just down street from dock and good breakfast. We had the downstairs canal view room which was nice.
