Booking was confirmed. Did not receive any further communication from hosts. Arrived at the property last evening despite wrong address given. Property all locked up so no access. Tried to call and message hosts for an hour and a half to no avail. Had to find so where else to stay last night. Very very hacked off and have demanded a full refund but nearly 24 hours later have not heard from them. DO NOT BOOK this property.

I booked this in May. Have been emailing/messaging the host and also calling but no response. Took a chance and went there but the Host did a no show. No correspondents from them at all. We were stranded with kids in the middle of nowhere for hours at night until we had to find another place ourselves. Very disappointing esp coming from another country. I would recommend until the host replies don’t book this one.

Do not buy this I repeat do not buy this, it is a scam. When I booked the apartment, I tried contacting the owner a day before check in and there was no response at all till the time of check in. I ended up not hearing anything from the owner and my money was lost due to the no refund policy. Horrible experience

Our stay here was a complete disaster. We originally requested a midnight check-in, but the host suggested we wait until the following day, which we agreed to. Despite the extra time they had to prepare, check-in was still delayed the next day, and the host was completely unresponsive to our messages. When we finally got inside, the place was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was in a disgusting state: the shower would not drain, filling up as you used it. Worse still, the drainage hole next to the toilet was making strange noises and spitting out black particles that emitted a foul, unliveable stench. The hand basin was also blocked and wouldn’t drain properly. The general cleanliness of the rest of the unit was very poor. We only managed to stay for a few hours before the smell and the lack of hygiene became unbearable, forcing us to leave. I have tried to contact Hotels.com for a response and they were unable to help. Save your money and stay somewhere else—this property is a health hazard.
