This hotel made exploring Kobe so much easier! Although we only stayed one night, their luggage service was incredibly helpful. Holding onto our family's luggage after check-out gave us so much more free time to enjoy the city. Thank you!

I stayed for 4 days and the breakfast was amazing! I enjoyed every day before going to work. It would be better if there were more variation in the breakfast between days because most of the contents were very similar so after day 2 of my stay, it wasn't as exciting.

Rules, rules, rules. Don't try to check in anytime before 3 pm. The answer is a hard no, even if many guests like us check out around 8:30 am. Worse, don't ask for an extra room key, even if you've booked two rooms and your spouse needs access to both rooms. Another hard no. The rooms are littered with other sheets of rules. I would look elsewhere for a less rigid experience.
