Room was spotless and had great soap products. Room care, bed make-up and towel replacement were awesome. Room had limited hanger and storage space and was really kind of tiny. Bed was comfy but made of two mattresses that drift apart when you turn. Breakfast was just okay. Limited fresh fruit selection. No berries, oranges or bananas. No granola. Staff were great; super helpful, resourceful, friendly and attentive. Location was great. Fairly central.

Perfect for a few nights away
5th time in Bilbao & I’d usually stay in the Old Town, this was a leisurely 25min walk away but the metro, & tram, stops minutes from the door make this hotel almost in the heart of the city.
A great stay, & the breakfast buffet isn’t especially exciting, but served from 6 it’s a convenient way to start the day if you need to be out early

Staff was excellent and very courteous. I even borrow iron and water heater from them. Location is excellent. Only downside is that the rooms are very small.

Fantàstic Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and room was very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very handy location near the bus station.
