It was a very good stay. All the staff, who were all young, were helpful, professional and friendly, especially shout out to Tuan at breakfast, and the receptionists. They were kind enough to let me check in over two hours earlier. I had been in town since 7am. So it was very appreciated.
The hotel was beautiful and modern. Though it is new.
The weather was terrible though nothing to do with the hotel. It was too far from town and Grab was not cheap.
Only main complains my room was right underneath the breakfast area as I stayed three nights I should not be given that room. There should be a shuttle into town maybe three times a day being so far from town centre. Mattress was too soft for me.
I may stay again if I ever came to Sapa. Though Sapa is too commercialise for me.
