Fantàstic
This is one of the best hotels I stayed in so far. It’s well in city centre, close to attractions and more than that the room/rooms are so big in new condition and have great furniture and washroom. I would love to come again! ❤️❤️

Throughout our terrible stay, there was a smell in the room. A smell of sewer. And earlier, it was noisy everywhere. The person who takes care of lunch really cold! However, the location is good and it is rather pretty.

By not having a check-in desk can be confusing but once the check in process was done it was easy and relatively painless. Stayed here many nights and would do so again.

Excellent stay in Prague’s New Town! The hotel was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay in Prague. My husband and I opted for a 2 bedroom suite (we both snore) and the rooms were large, comfortable and very, very clean. While I noticed that the property lists as having no elevator, it definitely does. We were on the 6th floor! We opted for the breakfast option and the food was fresh and there were lots of options with some changes each morning to keep it all new. The key thing to know is that there really is no front line staff. When you book you will get an email instructing you to fill out a check-in form. Afterwards, you will go back into the check-in form and you will see that they have issued you a PIN number the day you are arriving and you use this code at the front door and for your room. If you have trouble with the front door keypad, there is a button to press. We found that the "1" button sometimes did not work the first time you press it. You have to hear a "beep" to know that it worked. Otherwise, it was great.
