フロントスタッフの応待はとても良いです、清掃が若干スタッフによって差はあるが全体的に良いと感じました。
洗濯機、乾燥機は一台は増やして貰えたらなーと。

今回は９歳の子供との2人旅だったため立地は最高とは言い難かったですが、ホテル（水回りとアメニティ）はとっても良かったです。朝食も美味しかったし、スタッフの方も皆さん親切で次回の熊本旅行もまた泊まりたいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

頼んでもいないのに、空きがあったのか、
お部屋をアップグレードしてくださいました。ウェルカムドリンクなども充実していて、お部屋も綺麗で広く、大満足でした。
