There is a new house under construction next door, and the construction work starts at 6:30 AM. If you're planning to sleep past that time, don't expect a quiet morning.
Right after making the reservation, I contacted the host through Expedia to cancel my booking. I didn't receive any response for several days. When the host finally replied, the only response was, "Please follow the attached rules," where I discovered that cancellations were only allowed within the first few hours after booking. By that time, the cancellation window had already passed because the host had not responded in time.
I tried contacting the host again but never received another reply. As a result, I had no choice but to keep the reservation and stay at the property.
Also, the property is located in a residential neighborhood with very limited street parking. There is no dedicated parking available at the property.
Not going to stay there again.

Really nice place, close to public transport and in a nice area. Stayed here twice and plan to again whenever I'm in the area!

The house is homey and has all the amenities of being home (except for cooking, only microwave). Dan was very nice and helpful. Easy walk to subway and Boston, things to do around the house. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Per sota de la mitjana This is a bed and breakfast with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one restroom.
Everything (body soap, toilet brush, covers, towels) is cheap, the original soap, for instance, being replaced by a bad one.
Next to the house, another is flipped so there are noise starting very early.
Another issue I had several times: doors do not close properly. So if someone leave light on the landing, it is like there was light in the room. Very annoying.
I don't recommend this b&b

The room was large and clean. Three bathrooms all clean and modern. Available food in the kitchen. Kitchen stacked with essentials. There was a mall nearby.

Great place and friendly host. Host was very accommodating even when we arrived later in the night. Large bedroom with great amenities. Close to public transportation.
