Clean room Wonderful staff Parking is bad not sure last time they charged me only one bill this time I see twice they. Charged me Not acceptable

EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN, AND THE BEACH WAS NOT TOO FAR, A 12-MINUTE RIDE.

When we arrived we were directed to the wrong room. No biggie at all as it was chaos. Valet was so over filled we had to be allowed to self park. When we called for the car the next day to go out for dinner they forgot to pass along the key after scanning our ticket and we waited almost an hour for the car. When I brought the incident up to the lady at the front desk and while she sent it to her manager she was annoyed I brought it to her. Took the kids to the pool and it was so packed we had to leave which triggered the youngest. Location is prime being connected to the convention center but next year we will stay else where.

Hotel is brand new and beautiful. Staff was very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and very nice. Everything is top notch and food in restaurant is amazing! Will be staying again very soon!

Fantastic experience from check in to check out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Courtesy shuttle to port was great as well. 10/10 recommend- especially for pre cruise accommodations.

Our stay at Omni Fort Lauderdale was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful property, immaculate rooms, and outstanding hospitality. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious accommodations, breathtaking views, and amenities that made our stay feel like a true getaway. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to ensure we had a great experience. The attention to detail throughout the property did not go unnoticed, and it is clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority. The only challenge we experienced was with valet service, as wait times were often lengthy. However, despite this inconvenience, the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time at Omni Fort Lauderdale and would gladly return. If you're looking for a beautiful, upscale hotel with exceptional service and a relaxing atmosphere, this is definitely the place to stay!

The Omni Fort Lauderdale was an excellent place to stay. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered, from the valet attendants to the front desk team, was professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious, and it was a great place to relax and watch one of the FIFA World Cup matches during our stay. Even with a major basketball tournament and a large doctors' convention taking place at the same time, the hotel never felt crowded or chaotic. The staff managed everything exceptionally well, making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is new they are still working on some systems. But it is a beautiful venue.

Front Desk staff were simply amazing! Sasha from the front desk was very patient and helpful! The bellmen were also great. Loved the property, clean and beautiful! Pool views were amazing:)

Clean, Modern, Grand Appearance. Beds are amazing feel and staff are friendly.
