During the time we stayed at your hôtel only one elevator worked. It’s really bad because for me it’s really important to fix the problem rapidly for respect clients.

Excellent location, close to sights and Waterloo Station. Rooms are a bit too small for a couple of tourits and two bags.

No ventilation in the bathrooms, was not clean, the space was tiny, but the beds were comfortable.

The staff was amazing

It was very hot when we were in London. The room has excellent AC. It was also excellent with how close it is with public transportation (I think they called it the tube) and I was pleasantly surprised that it was close to multiple bus stops (they have buses running 24 hours a day) which was helpful since we were there during the Wimbledon tournament. We didn't drive while we were there, but I'm pretty certain driving a car would be a problem due to parking. One thing to keep in mind.

Hotel needs a deep cleaning urgently

Great location and generous size room. Would have been more safe if there was a grab rail to get in and out of the shower which was over the bath. We were there in a heat wave so a fridge would have been welcomed.

Easy check in, we were able to get in earlier. Very spacious & the bed was so comfortable. The staff are very helpful & accommodating.
