Overall poor management. The hotel was fully occupied and staff were scrambling to provide service for something like no towels in the room.

Staff was great. Noises from the traffic outside was unbelievable. It felt like the road went through our room. I booked this place because the website said it had a pool and restaurant both weren’t available.
