Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They had good suggestions for food and and attractions around the town. Ms. Dessy arranged couple of tours for us. Cleen rooms with lots of natural lights.

Great room space, cleanness, view and location. The room is very comfortable and well layout, it’s an apartment which is prefect. Also, friendly reception and upgrade were great.

This has been the best accomodation and service we have experienced in Europe. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist with a number of enquiries we had. Quiet location, easy walk or tram into main centre. Rooms were huge and amazing. Highly recommend.

The hotel checks every box: room size, cleanliness, air conditioning, breakfast, housekeeping....but where they go above and beyond...is Customer Service. This hotel is capable of handling anything, and you can rest comfortably knowing the hotel is available to help out!
