Confusion with booking room size but they rectified it as the room I booked on the platform was not meant for hotels.com. Room cards had to be reset daily for elevator access to our floor. Some how the key card would work for the room lock but not the elevator. Ladies at the front counter weee super friendly and tried their best to help. Breakfast was nice but could use variety. Having the same thing 4 days in a row can be tiresome. The coffee was good, fresh ground coffee machine and laundry room was very nice. Plenty of local eats and easy access to the Raffles Center. Beautiful views in a 10 min walking radius. Location was very good.
