الاستقبال سيء غير منظم الفندق غير نظيف ولا يوجد وجبة فطور نشكر موقع هوتيلز على انصافه لنا وتحمل خيبة املنا في الفندق اول واخر زيارة له فنحن عملاء هوتيلز من سنتين لم يمر علينا اي تقصير منهم

الفندق لا بأس به لكن لايستاهل السعر ابدا لعدة اسباب اهمها هي عدم الاهتمام بالنظافة حيث انه للأسف جميع المواعين الموجودة بالمطبخ كانت متسخة جدا والشيء الاخر لاتوجد اي فخامة بالمكان واما الايجابيات فكانت برحابة تعامل موظفي الاستقبال وايضا سرعة اجراءات الدخول والخروج بالفندق

The hotel was very clean and design was also great and exceeded my expectation. The area is safe since it's located on a major road and near to 2 new and largest malls in Taif. As for the free breakfast, I was told that they are not serving breakfast anymore.
