Overall the stay was pleasant and staff was helpful and friendly. But right before leaving on the day of checkout, we were throughly embarrassed by a staff member in the dining room. It was eventually sorted out after i told the hostess but by then my husband was so humiliated he left the dining room already. Kind of soured the experience.

There was no AC at the main lobby & elevator. It was so hot. Room wasn’t available at said time, ran out toilet paper, inadequate staff, breakfast (food) not good. Not recommended.

Fantàstic We had a fabulous stay in April. The property is sleek, modern and stunningly beautiful. It is directly across from the beach, and near several convenience stores and restaurants that are easy to walk to. The rooms were a great size and the bathrooms were as well. We had an ocean view and it was great. The pool on the 6th floor was great, we only used it once since we were right across the street from the beach. The best part was that our stay included a breakfast buffet that was to die for! There were standard options with several made-to-order stations (omelets, eggs, pho, etc) But the other options changed daily and did not disappoint. The fruit was unbelievable - the freshest, sweetest options all displayed so beautifully. I really enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking out at the ocean. I wish we could've stayed longer.

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Soleil Danang and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.
From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The staff were professional, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I truly had a five-star experience.
I spent a couple of nights here and left with only positive impressions. If I visit Da Nang again in the future, I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was 5 stars. I would stay again. But please note the check out time is 12:00 and don't be late. We got back to our room at 12:30 and the staff had already placed all of our items in the hallway. We were mostly packed up already. We had to pick up our clothes in Hoi An, after they told us they would be delivered to the room. This made us late getting back to the room. I feel like the staff could have texted me via what's app.
