Positiv: + Personal an der Rezeption sehr höflich und zuvorkommend + Zimmer sehr groß + großer Fernseher Negativ: - Zimmer direkt neben der Lobby sehr laut. Wir waren mit Baby da, Vollkatastrophe für den Schlaf. - Türen super laut - weibliche Bedienung an der Bar mit Rasta- bzw. geflochten Zöpfen sehr unhöflich, sagt nicht einmal Hallo - Matratze sehr hart, Bettwäsche sollte erneuert werden - Babybett wurde vorab verneint, es gab jedoch welche

Really lovely hotel- I like how small the hotel is. Every detail felt perfect and the rooms were absolutely gorgeous & massive. The staff were so friendly and amazing. Left the hotel feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

A modern style room which was clean and spacious (the bathroom is as large as the room itself!) Check in was swift and the staff were friendly and even decorated our room as an anniversary surprise. Location is very close to Cenang beach. I would highly recommend staying here. There are no lifts in this hotel, which may be an issue to some. However this was not an issue to us as we only had to climb one set of stairs to reach out room.

Our stay there was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, and extremely spacious. Love the decor and vibes of the place.
