ロビーや廊下からお部屋、ユニットバスまで完璧に清掃されていて、やや潔癖症な娘も清潔さに感動していました！フロントスタッフの方も親切で手際が良く、１階にある吉野家もありがたかったです！朝には目の前のデイリーで店内で焼いたパンが買えて大満足でした！
ひとつだけ意見するならば、お部屋の暖房のつけ方が分からず我慢するしかなかった。ちなみに冷房はつきました！
真冬以外ならまた必ず利用したいと思うホテルでした^^

Great location (the entrance is on one of the pedestrian shopping arcades), on the street that leads to Bandai bridge and then straight into the JR station. The front desk staff was very helpful for dinner recommendations. Standard small Japanese hotel room, but the wifi is good.

Fantàstic Niigata is a wonderful city and this hotel is in a great location. I really enjoyed my stay here, room was perfect and very affordable. The staff are great and extremely helpful and kind.

Fantàstic Very close to the river- only about 5 minutes by foot; close to the Amine museum, five minutes to Niigata station by bus or a 15 minute walk, also very close to the Sea of Japan. Bus stop right by the hotel, Media Boat is again a five minute walk. Market in front of the hotel and a few minutes walk will take you to an Irish Pub. Highly recommend it.
