It was absolutely fantastic, great location.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious for a London hotel. My only suggestion would be to add drawers underneath the beds so close could be put away.

Excellent continental breakfast. Looked newly refurbed room. Drain wasn't working in shower resulting in not being able to use for any length of time. Maintnenace staff was arranged by reception quickly to sort out. 👍

Very average. Checkin was a bit slow and they couldn't find my booking. If it's cheap, it's fine.

I'm sure the rooms here looking out onto the street are lovely, however the ones looking into the service area are.less so. The first room (4th floor) I received was nice in itself, it's compact but had everything you need. Unfortunately, the noise from the AC and equipment outside was unbearable. It was so bad the the TV was vibrating. I mentioned this to reception who were happy to relocate me following approval from the manager. They moved me to another room that overlooked the same area, but this room had secondary glazing which muted a lot of the noise from the AC Units. I was a little disappointed that there weren't any shaver sockets in the room as I couldn't charge my toothbrush. All that said, this hotel is perfectly located and constitutes good value for money is you get the right room.
