Angela made our check in flawless, The building had some flooding issues a couple of days before we left but it was on the ground floor and handled quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend

We loved the location. Basically overhanging the Gabba gives you a great view of the ground and the Brisbane CBD. If you are attending an event at the ground it is just about the perfect place to stay due to it's close proximity. Being located out of the CBD means it is a little quieter, but there is still plenty of places to eat within a short walk from the property. A Coles supermarket is also a short walk away which is very convenient. The room was very clean and in very good condition. The beds were comfortable and it had all the facilities you would need for a longer stay including secure parking undercover (extra cost). The staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests we had or to supply minor things that were missing from our room. If you don't have a car or want to avoid driving, the Woolloongabba bus station is about a 10min walk with buses frequently coming to take you into the CBD or other locations. From a visitor's perspective, the QLD public transport system is very good and reliable. If you don't mind a walk, the riverfront walkway isn't too far and the walk to the city is very nice next to the river through the South Bank area. Definitely recommend it if you don't mind staying out of the CBD.

Very smooth check-in and easy to manage, the rooms were clean but would have benefitted from having chopping boards or a broom available, as it is an self contained apartment and this would’ve made cleaning and cooking easier. Natasha was extremely friendly at the front desk and made everything easy.

Check in process not easy. Extremely difficult to get information from staff. Information from staff was incorrect particularly involving early departure process which left our family in an unsafe situation. Had to pay for parking but because of the process was unable to use correctly and wasn't offered a refund.

Pros - Amazing view, friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice shower, excellent location for the Gabba, nearby food places were nice. Cons - Bathroom was incredibly small, lounge furniture was horribly uncomfortable, tiny table for dining, no TV in bedrooms, garbage chute too small and no directions for other bins, couldn't figure out washer/dryer, no luggage trolleys.

The reception was hard to find. It is down an alley way. Once checked in parking was easy. We had trouble finding the lift. There was others that was also having trouble finding the lift. The room was clean. We stayed quite high up. Our room has two broken/cracked windows. The shower screen door didn’t close all the way. So the floor got wet. Location was good.

Parking was a nightmare, room was very noisy. Check out with a vehicle is extremely difficult and hard to manage with kids

The location was fantastic if you want to attend the Gabba. The room was clean and neat.
