Balcony have a lovely view if you can look past the huge electrical pylon right outside.
Kitchen facilities and washing machine were really useful.
Room was very spacious and clean. Was great.
Breakfast had only choice between cereal (beautifully presented) or toast with scrambled egg and fruity cheese? Hot and cold drinks available.
Good base for exploring. I hired a car as bit isolated but free parking at hotel.
Got a full view of Mt Fuji from the balcony one morning so that was amazing.

The pictures shown on the website are more attractive than the reality. We booked a room with balcony, hope to see Mount Fuji. At check in we were given a room on lower level. Immediate in front of the balcony was an ugly car park undergoing renovations with metal construction surrounding it. We asked for a room change and luckily successful to swap a room on higher level. So I guess rooms with balcony are not a sure promise with a Mount Fuji view. The multi levels car park in front might block the view.

Fantàstic Breakfast was simple but tasty. There is tea, juice coffee to drink and with a simple salad bar. Staff was very helpful. From check in to check out, it was a smooth transaction. Room was very clean, comfortable, modern style. High recommend for family or group of friends traveling. Bunk beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer in room was easy to use and convenient.

Wow! The hotel is amazing, huge rooms super comfy, very clean, hotel is in immaculate condition, breakfast was also very delicious, cheery on top room with the view to Fuji, would recommend and stay there again!

We didn’t expect this hotel to be so memorable. The room layout in our Japanese style room with Fuji view was superbly done, with ample space and selectable privacy levels for guests (eg. The shower area is visible from sleeping area but can be covered up by a curtain). The icing on the cake was the personal washer and dryer within the room, which we did not expect and came in incredibly handy during our stay. The room also had a great view of Mount Fuji - what a fantastic way to start a morning. We sadly didn’t get a chance to use the fully equipped gym. We wish we could have stayed here for several more nights but we will definitely be back if we visit Gotemba again.
