Fantàstic Breakfast was simple but tasty. There is tea, juice coffee to drink and with a simple salad bar. Staff was very helpful. From check in to check out, it was a smooth transaction. Room was very clean, comfortable, modern style. High recommend for family or group of friends traveling. Bunk beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer in room was easy to use and convenient.

Wow! The hotel is amazing, huge rooms super comfy, very clean, hotel is in immaculate condition, breakfast was also very delicious, cheery on top room with the view to Fuji, would recommend and stay there again!

We didn’t expect this hotel to be so memorable. The room layout in our Japanese style room with Fuji view was superbly done, with ample space and selectable privacy levels for guests (eg. The shower area is visible from sleeping area but can be covered up by a curtain). The icing on the cake was the personal washer and dryer within the room, which we did not expect and came in incredibly handy during our stay. The room also had a great view of Mount Fuji - what a fantastic way to start a morning. We sadly didn’t get a chance to use the fully equipped gym. We wish we could have stayed here for several more nights but we will definitely be back if we visit Gotemba again.
