El lugar está muy bien, limpio, amplio y todo funcional.
Si bien está un poco revoltoso el llegar, nada que Maps no pueda solucionar.
Me encantó que tiene ventanas que se abren! Ya es raro ver eso en hoteles (además de los de playa).
Pero lo mejor de todo es la atención de su personal, los chavos súper atentos, amables y carismáticos.
Sin duda lo recomiendo y me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Excellent customer service! The main door is always locked which is very safe. My room has a small kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, a small safe and a sink. The wardrobe has an iron and a board. And I have a small sofa and a table. It has a large flat screen Smart TV. The space of the room is quite big enough. The bathroom is clean and the shower is also nice.
They have a small pantry for drinks and some snacks by the lobby.
I wasn’t able to try their breakfast.
I only had a short stay and I feel comfortable and well rested.
The only negative thing I can say is the location of the hotel. But for the price I booked it compromised the amount for Uber to the airport.
I will consider going back and book for this hotel again.

We stayed here to catch an early flight from QRO International Airport, and it was a great choice. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and well-kept, and getting an Uber to the airport was quick and easy. The only thing to note is that the elevators are on the smaller side, but I was still able to fit two large suitcases without a problem.

Good option for an overnight. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Staff is helpful and patient. Property is kind of out of the way which is good for quiet but not accessible to many things.

Una excelente estancia. Todo el personal fue muy amable en todo momento en especial Jonathan.
El hotel esta limpio y comodo.
