Well for starters no one was there to let me in when I arrived waited 30 min and then a neighbor told me it wasn’t the first time that happened.. I was very upset no answer when calling .. I tried a few times .. no response to email.. I say go somewhere else cheap or not they rob you refunds aren’t an option.

This is not a place for a couple it's a home that is shared. I didn't even stay 5 minutes there and notified the host that this place was not what I was looking for and I received zero response. Worst customer service sucks run run run

The outlets are horrible, need to fix the blinds. Maybe add 2 curtains. Its not quiet at all. This morning their was a couple arguing and everything. But I ad a bed and a room to relax which im greatful for

It was not good

I stay with my wife there while we were having breakfast here came out a guest in one of the room in underwear like if he was the only guest and did it the following morning. I had to let him know that he can’t be like that in the house when there is more guests also in the house.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! THIS IS AN AIR BNB WHERE YOU WILL BE IN A ROOM AND SHARE COMMON SPACES!! This property was listed as a hotel and did not say it would be a shared space. I showed up with my 15yr old daughter and she was extremely uncomfortable and we both felt unsafe. The listing is called Fauna Bizcaya as if it’s a hotel and it was a house. I saw 2 men going inside. There was no way I was gonna stay there with my 15yr old daughter. We needed to shower after traveling all day. I was not about to shower in a shared space or have my daughter do so. When I called the property they didn’t answer. Then they text me and I expressed my issues and concerns and the property manager didn’t respond to my concerns. I ended up having to take another Lyft to a local fast food place because my phone was on a very low percentage and my daughter was scared on an unfamiliar street at 10 o’clock at night. Hotels.com is expecting me to pay for a place I didn’t stay at due to uncomfortability. I paid for a stay where I’d only be staying maybe 10 hours because I was leaving the next day for my cruise. I ended up unable to book another hotel because it was last min and the lowest costing one was $208. I had no money for that. I had to charge my phone in a kfc and ended up paying for another Lyft to go back to the airport and rented a car with my rental points that I thankfully had but did not want to use for this situation. Slept in my car at a gas station. This whole experience was horrible!

It is not a Hotel. It is an old house smelling to roaches disinfectant. Located in a dangerous area. Room is minimum size to have only something like a bed. Doors dividing rooms have 2 inches open at the bottom. There is a bathroom for several rooms in poor condition with an unsecure door. My wife just saw it and said let's run away.
