this is a brand new residence/hotel complex in Gangneung, located in Songjeong beach area. this is not so bustling beach so that if you prefer a quite time in seaside of Gangneung, this is the right place. we had one night in an ocean view family room on 12th floor. the room is very spacious and well equipped with two large double beds for us (3 persons). they provide a good coffee machine, coffee cups, and wine glasses, but all of them are prepared for only two people, which is kind of strange for a family room and we paid for three persons.
the hotel/residence has its own reastaurant arcade in the complex so that you have multiple dining options in the perimeter. However, we didn't use it but chose to take a short ride to nearby area for dinner and breakfast. If you have a car, then it would give you wider and affordable dining options.
Overall, very satisfactory stay, and we will come back to this place again in the future.

Bad weather but wonderful place made up for it. Staff and all incredibly well trained. One of the better stays for us as non-Koreans in Korea.

Need to repair or maintenance on the shower drain. Kept clogging in drain area. and smells in toilet section.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained.
The view was amazing, with the ocean right in front of the hotel.
I loved being able to hear the sound of the waves, and there was a wide pine tree walking trail along the coast, which was perfect for relaxing strolls.
I went with a friend, and it was a truly healing and peaceful getaway.
I would definitely love to visit again.

Fantàstic Best ocean front/ocean view property. It’s very nice, clean, spacious place. The view from the room was to die for. You wake up to a beautiful sunrise you can watch from the room. It was well awesome!!
