Awesome rooms, great position and really good value for money.

Great 2‑bed apartment in an excellent location. The bed was comfortable, and the place felt clean and new. Fantastic view as well. The only disappointment was that the bedrooms had roller blinds with gaps rather than proper block‑out curtains, so a lot of light leaked in and disrupted our sleep.

Great apartment, which was spacious and clean. Great location and close to everything in the Brisbane CBD.

Hotel directions not as clear as could be.. parking is quite far from actual residence

Nice new hotel, good location

The apartment itself was clean, had a great view and is in a good location. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't match what we expected. Finding the parking and reception was confusing due to poor signage, and the building was difficult to navigate throughout our stay. The biggest issue was the lifts. Only three service levels 8–44, and as we were on level 38 we regularly faced long waits. The lifts were often completely full, meaning we had to wait for multiple trips before we could get on. The spa was also out of service, which was disappointing. The blinds in both the lounge and bedroom were poor quality and didn't properly fit the windows. At night, a bright beam of light from The Star logo on the neighbouring building shone through directly onto the bed. Overall, the property has the potential to feel luxurious, but too many small things let it down. To top it off, we were advised to check out early because exiting the car park can take up to 30 minutes. Combined with the lift delays, it made the end of our stay feel rushed and frustrating rather than relaxing.

Lovely apartment. Spacious and perfect for a bigger group. There were 7 of us. Directions for check in and finding the property entrance/reception was very confusing and after being told we could check in at 12pm, property was not ready due to ‘maintenance issues’. So that was a bit disappointing. Signage needs to be improved as that will help.

Will definitely stay there again. Fantastic!
