We enjoyed our stay here, it's a very small room but it has lots of amenities, including a shower and bath, toilet, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, sink, and two gas hobs. Check-in was very easy. The area is really cute and quiet, and very well located for travelling in to the city centre or to Shinjuku station.
The shower is very small so if you're taller than 6ft you may need to kneel in the bath.
Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

It was okay. Realistically better for a single person than two because there isn’t really enough floor space to open luggage. Host also didn’t provide bath rugs, so it got messy in the bathroom with the water dripping on the floor. Same with the kitchen sink. But really, can’t complain as the price is cheaper than any hotel. I would’ve bumped it to four stars if there were bath/kitchen mats.

It was a very generous sized room in a an amazing location. 10 minute walk to M line, close to Shinjuku and JR lines but still had the local feel. Amazing anemities and restaurants nearby!

Genial Cute & minimalistic apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to convenience stores, restaurants & a train station. The apartment itself is kind of hidden in a side street, so initially a little difficult to find. Came with good amenities — washing machine, spacious bathroom (with toiletries), a kitchen & a hair dryer. Staff were easily accessible & very responsive via email/text.
Just a warning for those with large & heavy suitcases: the building doesn't have an elevator. Only brought carryons but it was already a little tight with them in the place (which was already expected). Otherwise, highly recommend!

Clean room, nice to have washing machine and the heater/dryer/vent fan in the shower room is awesome. Well worth translating the options with google.
Tiny room. But enjoyed our stay and nice location in a quieter area of tokyo but accessible with public transport

Very near the train station, several restaurants and shops . The room was clean and well supplied. If you are used to using a flat sheet on your bed, you will need to bring your own at most of the hotels in Japan. A plus this place has a washer and dryer.
