The room was very clear, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I even lost my headphones and they kept it safe.
Unfortunately the instructions were not very clear and I struggled a lot to find the entrance of the hotel as it is not in the ground floor of the building.
Apart from that, very functional and well located.

Room is cleaned, location is central to most of the attractions. Staff is friendly and willing to help.
One downside is you have to walk around 2 floors to be able to access the elevator.
Overall highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the impeccable service from all the staff to the cleanliness and location of the hotel itself, and all for an unbeatable price. Truly amazing stay filled with great hospitality. If I’m ever in Chongqing, I will be sure to stay here again!
