Bé No access to TV wasn’t working at all!
Drinking water had sand in it which is a primary resource for relaxation.

Per sota de la mitjana Overall, my stay was OK, but I have a few suggestions that could improve the guest experience.
First, the TV remote control was not working, which made it difficult to use the television.
I also recommend upgrading the bed sheets and blankets. The blanket provided was very thin and the material was not very comfortable. Since a good night’s sleep is one of the most important parts of a stay,I hope the management will consider providing higher-quality, more comfortable bedding. Guests should be able to relax and enjoy a restful sleep during their stay.
I hope these suggestions are helpful and will be considered for future improvements.

The unit has the basic standard finishing and appliances. It is also clean except used towels from previous guests were still hanging inside the closet. Lights in the bathroom were dim. The bathroom also lacks hooks or towel racks. The unit owner locked the second bedroom so we can only use one bedroom with another single bed for the third person. The owner assumed that we want to use one bedroom but did not consider if guests needed privacy that is why we booked 2 bedrooms for 3 people. That should have been the guests prerogative not the unit owners dictating how the 3 people’s sleeping arrangements should be.
Love the location being close to everything. The staff are courteous and friendly.

Hard to find the place, reception just average, not very welcoming. The smell of the hotel from lobby to the room smells like sewer. It’s a blessing in disguise that I accidentally only booked for one day on this place. Never again I will go back nor recommend it my friends. Horrible experience.

location was great. Close by to Uptown Mall & variety of restaurants. Unit was a good size and clean however during night time, we were able to hear noises which would be from neighbors, the refrigerator, and sometimes it sounded like someone was trying to open the door. WiFi did go out on our 5th night, attempted to contact the host however there was no response.
Overall, experience was good.
