Room cleanness was a big issue.
The first day, we found insects in the bed, behind the pillows. Three and big ones.
We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal.
Sofa was not clean also. It s black and blue so dirt can not be seen, but the moment you seat on it, your full body will be itching. Even in the bed that was the same thing, so we had to remove the full bedsheets and ask to change it.
Otherwise, rooms were very spacious and calm/quiet.

Very good hotel with great service, does not have an elevator so its a bit of trouble pulling your luggage up the stairs but otherwise very good hotel.

Per sota de la mitjana What you book is different than you take . I book for 2 bed in the same room but I received sofa bed instead of bed .
