Ok, so we stayed 2 nights here at this somewhat new hotel The room was quite large. We sprayed and disinfected everything before we laid our heads down. Because the comforter and sheets had many stains, we had to use our own to cover it up Now, after disinfecting, we did enjoy how comfy and soft the mattress was. u will get a good night's rest. The towels were stained as well. We used our own The towels they provided we used for the floor when we got out of the shower The TV didn't work properly. The remote, i think, was dead it wasn't registering to the TV. We had to get up every time to change the channel, and the volume didn't work very well When I checked out, my husband informed the front desk of the issues, and he acted like he didn't understand English or what he was saying This hotel is for a 1 night stay at best we learned our lesson. I recommend housekeeping using the right laundry supplies for Whites

We had to ask for towels at the front desk. We had to get the key to our room reset twice even though we were told it was set for our three day stay.
