깨끗하고 친절한 숙박이였습니다. 조식에 정성이 묻어나있었어요 다시 가겠습니다 ^^

清潔で、モダンで、明るくて良いホテルでした。ただ、小麦粉が苦手だと、食べられる朝食がほとんどありません。ご飯パックと共に海苔やキムチがあるだけでもありがたいです。

우선 사장님이 친절하십니다. 또한 객실컨디션도 좋았고요. 안마기랑 스타일러도 유용하게 사용했습니다. 또 식사시간에 많이 늦었는데도 천천히 먹으라하시고 다른 먹거리도 챙겨주셨어요.. 가격대비 아주 만족합니다

매트리스가 편해 꿀잠. 공기청정기. 스타일러등도 있어 좋음. 룸도 업그레이드되어좋음. 조식제공이던데 일찍나오느라....아무튼 만족

Perfect hotel, perfect room, maybe the can improve the breakfast.

I stayed at Its Hotel recently and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good for the price. The place is clean, cozy, and has a nice modern feel. The whole building is nonsmoking, and there’s plenty of parking, which made things easy. Breakfast was simple but surprisingly nice — they even had cup noodles along with toast, juice, and coffee. I liked that coffee was available anytime during the day. Hot water came out right away in the shower, and having Netflix and other TV options in the room was a great bonus. The staff were all polite and welcoming, and the hotel is in a convenient spot — about a 5–7 minute drive to Hanok Village. There are convenience stores like GS25 and 7-Eleven nearby, plus a Starbucks and several restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I didn’t love was the bed sheet. It felt like it had a waterproof layer that made it a bit warm when sleeping. Other than that, everything was great. For the price, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit Jeonju.

This hotel exceeded my expectations-it's even better than the photos. Everything was spotless, and the facilities are high-tech. My room had a clothing styler and an air purifier. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Jeonju.
