Genial Great value. Located in a quiet corner of a busy area. Able to sleep in peace. 5-10 min walk to skytrain. Friendly and responsive staff. Nice little rooftop pool. Housekeeping is okay.

Per sota de la mitjana Clean hotel and well situated however the customer service was terrible. The room was advertised as King bed plus pull-out couch bed but upon check-in I was demanded to pay an additional fee for a blanket for the pull-out couch bed. A very poor experience that you would not expect from a reputable or customer centric hotel. Will not stay there again.

The room was a little on the small side and storage was limited, however we didn't spend much time in it so it really wasn't a problem. The rooftop pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it every evening after a full day exploring the city.
