Upon our arrival, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. We found our room to be in wonderfully clean condition. The pool was very refreshing and the breakfast was satisfactory. Would stay again.

S'ha allotjat amb mascotes

Only thing I didnt like when the kids baseball teams running thru the hotel, damaging the things by the swimming pools area and the games, and throwing all the balls and other things over the fence. I didnt like how the parents wasn't watching their kids. I think the hotel she have a stricter policy on that.

Included breakfast at on-site restaurant was great and had soo many options. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. Big bathrooms with lots of light. Recommend rooms on lower floors due to restaurant and lounge on 7th floor. Ask for a room with a view of available. Totally worth it. Easy access to all of Pigeon Forge and good location off the main strip.

I have never written a hotel review, but I was extremely impressed by pigeon forge embassy suites. I’ve stayed at embassy suites in other cities at least 40 times and this raised the bar. The staff went out of their way to be beyond accommodating. There were no ticky-tack ridiculous charges for basic items that I forgot. Free pool tables and games for the kids as well, this was all such a welcome surprise. The view of pigeon forge Ripken experience was unparalleled. Food was exceptional, and I would not think about staying anywhere else if we ever came back 👍
