Location was superb. Hotel was really good, helpful staff, clean, convenient

We had a fantastic few days during the June heatwave at the BDM Hotel. The air con in the room was superb as were all the other Hotel facilities. A special mention to the " reception girls " who were so friendly , attentive and helpful. So many things to do and see in Paris , I think we will have to come back ! Best wishes Kev and Ali.

The Good Stuff: Location: Excellent. Walking distance to all kinds of fun sites and stuff. Easy to catch a cab anywhere, or call an Uber. It's kind of secluded, which makes it a nice way to end the night. The Le Maraise area is very artsy and chic. I'm glad I stayed in this area. Atmosphere: It has an authentic 'old world' vibe, maybe 1920's chic Paris. I actually really enjoy the atmosphere here. The staff is super nice. Room: I'm in a 'Superior' Room. There are no closets. Again. No closets. Which is fine. They have a wall of built-in cubbies with a curtain that slides over them. The room is otherwise updated and modern. The bed is comfortable enough. The windows don't open. Service: The front desk staff is SUPER welcoming and nice. I really like all of them. It's staffed 24/7. Morning breakfast is staffed by the same person, and she's super nice as well. The room service has been absolutely terrible. They cleaned the room twice in 6 days/5 nights. And they wouldn't leave a second shower towel. Management apologized, which was nice, so instead of 3 starts I'm giving 4, since they seem to actually care.

Beautiful, charming rooms with modern amenities. The beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Le Marais, within easy walking distance of everything. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the breakfast, which was fairly average.

There was mostly everything to like. I would add better reading lights by the bed and washcloths in the bathroom.

This hotel was wonderful - location was perfect yet it was on a nice quiet street. The front desk staff was super helpful and everything in the room was great - it was very clean and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

I would absolutely stay again. If you’re on a romantic trip especially and utilize the spa if you can. The area is great lots of restaurants and shops. Not too far from the seine either.

The hotel is very nice. Spacious rooms (by Paris standards) and very nice modern bathrooms. My main issue is the air conditioning. It barely works. Fortunately the weather was nice in Paris. But I can’t imagine staying in those rooms in the hot summer. They restrict the temperature you can se the AC to and it barely blows any cold air. If the AC was better, this would be my go-to hotel in the Marais area of Paris.

Excellent location in La Marais. The hotel crew was so helpfully . We left today early morning and the employee gave us apple and warm croissants to our travel “I really love it”

We had an excellent stay! Unique and well taken care of hotel in a great location. The AC saved us during the heat wave. The spa experience was excellent and the staff were amazing. 5 stars.
