◾️館内は清潔感があり綺麗です。裏の運河側に夜市なので、食事の選択肢が豊富で非常に便利でした。 ◾️客室の清掃状態は概ね普通ですが、椅子の下にゴミ（空のペットボトル）が落ちていたのが残念でした。 ◾️ドアマンによる車の誘導がないため入り口が混雑しており、荷物もセルフサービス。館内ですれ違った際は挨拶がなく、全体的にホスピタリティ不足を感じました。

Hotel was ok, very quiet, not too many people around. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok, not great. Gym was average and run down. Only there for one night so can’t comment much more.

Good value for money for the period stayed. Great location with historical street and grand canal at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was great with plenty choices catering for international and local tastes.

Everything is perfect: the location, staff, and room design. The only problem is the lobby floor is super slippery. And the lighting design for the mirror is terrible. You can not see your make-up at all cause all the shooting lights were from the top.
