Bé Terrible pillows. Uncomfortable bed. Awful WiFi.
Those pillows were strange. One side was soft, not too bad for one’s face, but the other side was like a bag of gravel.

Easy to get to from the station on the tram, and also to walk to the main attractions in Hiroshima. A lovely hotel and we would definitely stay there again. Could not find anything negative at all.

Helpful and kind staff, beds were not as comfortable as expected, however the room was clean and well maintained. We chose a non smoking double bed room and it was a good size. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained.

Fantàstic In a good location 20 min walk from peace park or few minutes on bus.
Staff helpful at check in - looked after luggage. Plenty of free toiletries and soft towels.
Tea, coffee and water freely available in reception and kettle in room.
Cheap laundry room
Very happy with my stay.

Mattress was really hard. You can feel the springs. Maybe it was just a spring box? My back was hurting after two nights of sleeping on that thing.
