It was very convenient close to everything. Very clean ,the Building doesn’t have elevator, but we didn’t mind it. It’s only one floor to go up. Breakfast is decent and free at the restaurant downstairs. Price value report. ( good. ) The only thing is very noisy from the street about 1 AM after midnight, so if you sleep early, you’re gonna have a problem

At first glance, we were pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent—just steps from Monastiraki Square—and the apartment itself is spacious, charming, and functional. It isn’t overly decorated, but it had everything we needed, including towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The biggest issue is the noise. The building appears to have virtually no sound insulation. We could hear every passing car, people talking in the street as if they were inside the room, and even birds and insects once traffic quieted down.To make matters worse, nearby construction started at around 6:00 AM, making any chance of sleeping in impossible. We’re not light sleepers, but I genuinely don’t think I got more than 20 minutes of sleep the entire night. As if that wasn’t bad enough, someone actually managed to open our room door at around 2:00 AM. This raises a serious security concern. Does every unit share the same entry code? How is it possible for a stranger to gain access to a guest’s room? Thankfully, we were inside when it happened. Had we been out, someone could have walked in and helped themselves to our belongings. That is completely unacceptable and, frankly, alarming. A comfortable bed and a central location mean very little if you can’t sleep and don’t feel safe. Unless the noise insulation and security issues are addressed, I cannot recommend staying here.The only saving grace was the breakfast café around the corner, which was included.

It was quite loud from street noise

Funky room with walk in shower plus a separate spa bath. Comfortable bed. Didn’t need to use air con so can’t comment. TV would benefit from atleast one English speaking channel. You need to remember to switch on the boiler to heat the water. Breakfast was good & all the staff we met were very pleasant & helpful

Beautiful building and room. Breakfast at The Brunchers was devine. The street noise is real, but is offset by the delicious breakfast and wonderful building. Earplugs do the trick.

Loud construction right next door everyday, even on weekends. One night they worked till morning so got no sleep. It’s not the hotel’s fault as the bed/support was excellent. Bring noise cancelling headphones. Great location right across from Monastiraki station. This area is noisy and rooftop patios go on till late in evening. Free breakfast was awesome! Would give better rating if I actually got sleep. Has no elevator so just be careful on charming stairs.

Lovely room just steps away from monastiraki square. Staff were very helpful with storing our luggage and having the room ready earlier than check in time. Included breakfast taken at the restaurant behind the property, food was delicious and perfect start to our day. Would stay here again for sure

Loved the location! So convenient, with access to several dinning & shopping options. Especially liked Brunchers.

Overall the stay was good. I didn’t realize we have to take the stairs to 2nd floor.
