Unfortunately we weren’t informed about the extensive work going on in this hotel it really ruined our stay constantly drilling all day while we tried to relax at the pool. Staff service very slow at the bar. Air conditioning put in the trim but not currently working. Wouldn’t recommend!

Worst experience I have had with a Hotel property. These rooms were booked in March. We were not informed about the construction, people using hammer drills right outside our room, exposed wires , elevator with yellow caution tape. I had 2 rooms daughter and son in law had there room in the work zone. We were gived a handicapped room . We complained, "why did you give us a handicap room" the girl at front desk smirked. I called her out on it . The Manager was the worst , he told us to leave the hotel , he was calling the cops. As we were packing up , a big thug looking guy was hanging outside our room. This hotel is the worst , manager is the worst. The young guy at the front desk was really nice>. As for breakfast , very unorganized really dismal. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!

Hotel has good location, is very attractive with good amenities and the staff are helpful and friendly. What more do you need? :)

The room has no Air conditioning! The windows were open prior to our arrival the week where the temperatures were in the high 90 degrees F / 32 +C. The hotel had renovations going on. The restroom in the lobby was were workers were going in and out. It did not feel safe to use the restroom with all that activity. The bedroom was huge and bright but no ceiling fans. We were given small desktop fans with no place to keep it. We had to keep it on our suitcase and a chair. The floor was full of pollen. We got sick as we are allergic to pollen and had black mucous coming out of our noses from all the dust in the building. The staff was friendly but unhelpful in the matter of cleaning the room as the check was at 3 pm and we traveled from NY and arrived at 5 pm and their staff had left. The place is centrally located lots of shopping and restaurants but there are other hotel options nearby. Close to the RR too.

Bon hôtel avec bons services et non loin du centre-ville (15 minutes à pied).

The staff was great. My only problem was that I didn't get a room with garden view like my booking said. I ended up on the 3rd floor with a room that had a window in the roof. Which made airflow very bad in a room with no AC. I knew the hotel didn't have AC that is why I wanted a garden view room. I talked to the front desk and they told me that was a marketing error and there was nothing they could do to help me.

This hotel was just ok. I definitely would not stay here in the summer again because the room was so hot and the windows did not have screens and let mosquitoes in. The room was pretty clean but had a lot of wear and tear and dingy baseboards.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It was a very hot day so really appreciated the two fans that were in the room. Small but adequate breakfast. Good location for access to the metro services.

Great location and helpful staff. Kids loved the bunk bed.

Beautiful hotel in the city, gorgeous clean rooms with lovely views over the garden. Great place to rest while taking a city break. Staff helpful and polite. As a single mum and daughter, the hotel felt safe and calm.
