This was our second time returning to the guesthouse. We love this place so much and Gerald is always so helpful and so kind. The location is so amazing that we are just a few minutes away from the spanish steps. Everything is so close and all the restaurants and shops are nearby. We cannot wait to return to Rome and spend more time here at this property.

Crossing Condotti exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms and guest house are wonderful. The location can’t be beat. Gerald absolutely makes the place with his recommendations, wit and kindness. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location. Busy neighborhood but a quiet refuge. Room was so pretty. Great air conditioner, which in Rome is important. Our bathroom had a tub and a window. And, Gerald the manager was AMAZING!!!
