I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now, it’s excellent value for money, always clean and the room is well equipped. The location is great too, I’ll certainly be back again!

Poor internet connection. It made it impossible to stay connected, plan, and work. No lift, which can be a challenge for someone with a suitcase.

Room was well presented, enough room for 2 people, clean and tidy. 10 mins walk to Paddington Station and lots of cafés and shops nearby.

Genial The residence is nice and certainly much more modern than many around this area (I have stayed in a lot as I use last moment stays in this area weekly). The TV did not work unfortunately but that is not a major issue. The shower door was a little loose and someone had splashed drink on the TV which needed a wipe off. But for the cost you cannot expect 5 star. I would definitely stay there again as it was a much nicer room and place than any other similarly priced hotel around Paddington.
