The there was an excessive amount of dog hair all in the foyer and the in the room.
The plaster in the wall was peeling and shower and bathroom fitting desperately need to be updated.

The host was very nice but the accommodation was very poor,

Shared a double with a friend. Down for a festival. The owners were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Room was a great base for the festival weekend. Great location near the waterfront in centre of town.

The desk person was very polite and nice! Room-wise, you get what you pay for. The room and bathroom were small but usable, some flooring and wall paper peeling going on, but nothing crazy. Very thin walls though. Right by the sea and a bunch of restaurants and stores, very nice!

Very convenient location, just around the corner from the tower - the toilet was definitely the issue and the owner almost forced his way in to investigate a leak on the lower floor ceiling, and ignored me saying it's not my toilet - it was in fact next door room.
