Everything about the hotel was excellent. The only negative was that our data had been hacked during the booking process. Numa managed it well but we were contacted through WhattsApp by fraudsters. Numa had already warned us of this as a possibility which was a useful warning.

This hotel lacks active, on-site guest assistance. Requiring international travelers to rely exclusively on an online service system is highly inconvenient, especially since visitors from abroad often do not have active phone service in Europe.

M'he quedat amb la família

The property was clean and easy to get to. The room was perfect for a family of four. The check in was a bit annoying because I didn’t know I needed to have everyone’s passports. Breakfast was excellent and staff at breakfast were very nice.
