Welcoming and helpful staff, nice clean room, beautiful lobby and convenient cafe in the lobby. The hotel even provided daily vouchers to use at the cafe!

Great room Great service and staff

All the above from checking in the staff was great had trouble finding my passport and they let me go to the side to unzip my suitcase and then I finally found it and they provided me with a seat ethic and told me about the café while they got the room ready. The café was amazing glad that they provided one hundred baht per day to eat their. The room was also amazing comfortable, and very cute aesthetic.

Checking in was quick thanks to the front desk staff.

Great hotel: clean, in a good location and very nice setup. Receptionist at the front desk may need to be a little nicer.

The property was beautiful and clean. The staff members made efforts to communicate in English and provided assistance with obtaining currency exchange.

What nice little hotel. Staff was great will visit next year.

I loved the ambience of the property. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Provided gift coupons to their deli which was nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Simply an amazing modern hotel with a great shuttle service. Convinient, fresh and spotlessly clean! Warmly recommended!

I loved Pillow B Hotel. If you enjoy quaint and cozy with a homy feel, Pillow B is the place to be. It’s nestled just far away to escape the noise of the Bangkok traffic but close enough to still enjoy the city life if that’s what you desire. They have a shuttle service that will transfer you to the main road for access to shops and restaurants along Ramkhamhaeng road. And you can call them for a pick up at a predetermined drop-off/pick up location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They also provide complimentary coffee at Chao Doi located on the ground floor of the hotel. Chao Doi also has very friendly staff and a great breakfast menu specializing in waffles. A grab/taxi ride to Sukhumvit is only about 20 minutes and about 35 minutes to BKK airport. A great stay for a quiet, affordable, couples getaway in the city.
