I got in late, the parking was difficult to figure out but once I went inside the front desk lady walked outside to show me how to use the gate and keypad. There was no hot water in the shower, the lady told me to let it run for 5 minutes and I did and still nothing. There was a portable ac unit in the room that was a little loud. Other than that it was fine.

Clean and comfortable room. Easy check-in and great front desk staff. The location is perfect for visiting Hillcrest restaurants and clubs.
Unfortunately, the coffee machine was not working, so.. no coffee during my two days/nights.
All-in-all, a great stay. I'll be back!

I rented six rooms three nights each for a family celebration. All appeared to be clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is perfect for restaurants and shops in the Hillcrest neighborhood.

Genial Arrived with a smooth check-in with clerk at the desk. She was very kind and informative. Our room and beds were clean as well as the rest of the room. Air conditioning was already on and set to a perfect temperature. Parking is pretty scarce and almost ran out over the weekend, but the hotel staff were quick to make notice and accommodations.
