Very nice check in. Place was well put

Room was fairly clean. Dust visible near air vents and room had a weird smell. Still a pretty good room and an overall great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my entire stay.

Loved the amenities here. Check in folks were lovely. Clean unit and spacious. Air conditioning broke but we were able to switch rooms. Shower faucet blew out of the wall and hit a family members leg. 2 fire alarms during stay with one at 4am. Virtually no plates, glasses etc in kitchen but otherwise nice unit.

Not a fan of this property. We checked out a day early. Holes in walls, blinds did not work. Weird smell.

The staff was super helpful and our stay was very comfortable, we want to stay their excited.

I like that the living area was separate from the bedroom space. Check in was fine. The noise from other guests was unacceptable, when checking out there was no one in the office and after a good 15 minutes when someone finally showed up it smelled as though they were smoking marijuana. We also asked for towels and they never brought them up to the room so I had to go back down to the office and ask for them again and wait for them and bring them up myself. There was no housekeeping for the few days that we were there. I like housekeeping every day, bed made, fresh towels and clean bathroom. Overall quite disappointed,

It was the best stay I had in Charlotte. When I go back to Charlotte I will be back there. My home away from home. Very clean,very roomy. I love the staff very friendly an helpful. Kitchen was nice an parking was good.
